Hello, I’m Ximena Ortega, Director of Operations at The Hub Stadium. My professional journey began in events as a Sales Coordinator, where I discovered how much I valued the fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. That passion and drive opened the door for me to step into management and, over time, into my current role overseeing operations for both our Auburn Hills and Novi locations.
In my role, I focus on the bigger picture—ensuring our facilities run seamlessly, our teams are supported, and our guests enjoy consistent, high-quality experiences every time they visit. From staffing and training to implementing systems and processes that allow us to operate efficiently, I take pride in building a strong foundation that allows creativity and hospitality to thrive.
While my day-to-day responsibilities revolve around operations, I never lose sight of the customer experience. Whether it’s coordinating behind the scenes or working directly with clients, my goal is to make sure every event and visit to The Hub Stadium exceeds expectations.
