Director of Operations & Events
From Miami sunshine to Michigan events, Ximena brings big energy and even bigger ideas to every party at The HUB Stadium. Based in Royal Oak and always on the go between Auburn Hills and Novi, she’s the creative force who makes sure every detail is covered — and every guest leaves with a smile.
When she’s not running events, you’ll find her surfing waves, planning family dinners that end in laughter, or hanging with her fur babies: Zeus the Lab and Ellie the cat (yes, named after Eleven from Stranger Things).
Her recipe for the perfect event? Cold drinks, fun music, stress-free hosts — and duct tape....just in case! And if you ask, “Will you be at my event?” her answer is always: YES.

Gracee’s motto? No Pinterest board is too ambitious, and no party dream is too big. With her hospitality smarts from Michigan State (and a splash of graphic design creativity), she loves taking client visions and turning them into the kind of events people can’t stop talking about. Based in Washington Township, she brings energy, ideas, and a whole lot of heart to every event at The HUB Stadium Auburn Hills.
When she’s off the clock, Gracee’s usually with her favorite people, plotting her next DIY project, or snuggling her fluffy cat, Whimsi.
Her golden rule for hosting: open communication, a stress-free host, and a whole lot of fun. (And yes, she gets asked all the time about our active entertainment options — she’s got you covered.)

Emily’s philosophy? Life’s too short for boring events. Born and raised in Rochester Hills, she brings organization, creativity, and a can-do attitude to every celebration at The HUB Stadium Auburn Hills. With an accounting degree in hand (and a business degree on the way), she’s the detail queen who makes sure clients can relax and actually enjoy their own party.
When she’s not coordinating unforgettable events, you’ll find Emily traveling, walking the trails near her home, or working on her golf game. (Word of warning: she’s learning fast.)
Her favorite part of the job? Building relationships and helping people turn ideas into memories that last. And when clients ask if they can customize their event to fit their needs, the answer is always: absolutely yes.

Sales & Event Coordinator
If there’s one thing Erin knows, it’s how to keep the energy high and the details in check. A Downriver native now calling Novi home, she brings her Madonna University smarts (and her love of good organization) to every event at The HUB Stadium. Whether it’s a corporate outing or a big celebration, Erin thrives on the fast-paced, ever-changing world of events.
When she’s not planning parties, you’ll probably find her on a volleyball court, paddle boarding, camping under the stars, or singing her heart out at a concert.
(Karaoke night? Her go-to is Meet Me Halfway by the Black Eyed Peas).
Her top tip for any host: plan ahead, communicate openly, and trust your coordinator — she’ll make sure your event is smooth, stress-free, and a whole lot of fun.
Yazmine moosavi
Sales & Event Coordinator
From the streets of San Francisco to the heart of Auburn Hills, Yazmine brings a mix of creativity, problem-solving, and good vibes to every event at The HUB Stadium. Married to her high school sweetheart (14 years strong!), she’s all about building community and helping people celebrate life’s best moments.
Outside of work, you’ll catch her jetting off to new destinations, hunting down local coffee shops, or hanging with her extra-toed cat, Turbo. She’s also big on interior design projects and discovering hidden-gem small businesses around Michigan.
Her best event tip? Don’t forget to enjoy yourself — your energy sets the tone, and fun is contagious. And when clients ask if they can customize a package to fit their group size, her answer is always: YES.
